YOUR INFORMATION, WITH CONTEXT

Privacy policy.

How information is handled on NOV’s pre-launch website and payment connection.

Information you choose to share

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use this to respond to product, access, and support enquiries. Avoid sending sensitive customer records unless they are necessary for a specific support request.

Sign-in and payment records

When you sign in through the hosting platform, the site can receive a site-specific account identifier and basic profile information. Payment records are linked to that identifier and may include the order reference, amount, currency, test/live environment, provider status, and verification dates.

Card and checkout information

Wayl hosts the payment page. NOV does not ask you to type card details into this website. Information entered at Wayl is handled under Wayl’s own policies. We verify payment status with Wayl; a redirect back to NOV alone is not proof of payment.

Hosting and essential storage

Our hosting platform provides authentication and stores the site’s payment records. It may process technical request data for hosting, security, and operations. No advertising or marketing analytics scripts have been added to this website. Essential sign-in storage may be used by the hosting platform.

Use, retention, and requests

We use records to answer enquiries, investigate payment issues, prevent repeat payment attempts, and maintain necessary operational records. We retain information as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing sales@nov.lt. We may need to verify ownership, and some records may need to be retained to resolve payments or meet legal obligations.

Public research and launch scope

The interactive examples on this website contain fictional businesses and no real customer contact details. Any future use of NOV’s prospecting workspace should be limited to appropriate business purposes and lawful handling of contact information.
